TERMS OF SALES

The site is the property of Société Officine Lutèce in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners.

Any order placed on the site www.officinelutece.com necessarily implies the unreserved acceptance by the customer of these general conditions of sale.

1 - Order

The customer acknowledges being at least 18 years old and having the legal capacity or, if he is a minor, to be able to justify the agreement of his legal representatives.

Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Officine Lutèce confirms acceptance of its order to the customer at the e-mail address provided by the latter. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed.

Officine Lutèce reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information that the customer provides when ordering must be complete, accurate and up-to-date.

Officine Lutèce reserves the right to ask the customer to confirm, by any appropriate means, his identity, his eligibility and the information communicated. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Officine Lutèce cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

Officine Lutèce strives to present as clearly as possible the main characteristics of the products as well as the mandatory information that the customer must receive under applicable law. The customer agrees to read this information carefully before placing his order on the site.

In the event that the products turn out to be temporarily or permanently unavailable, Officine Lutèce will inform the customer by e-mail. The customer will then have the possibility of modifying or canceling his order. In the latter case, Officine Lutèce undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 30 days.

2 - Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros all taxes included. The total amount of the order confirmation includes the price of the products, transport costs and taxes. Orders are payable in euros only. Prices may be changed at any time. However, Officine Lutèce undertakes to apply the prices in force indicated on its website at the time of the order.

3 - Customs duties, taxes

The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT for any shipment concerning the EEC. In the event of shipment outside the EEC, the prices are indicated exclusive of tax. The taxes in force in the country will be payable upon delivery against delivery of the package. They vary depending on the country and we invite you to contact the customs office to find out the amount.

4 - Payment

The customer has the option of ordering by paying by credit card.

Online payment only accepts the following bank cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard. For the security of credit card payments, Officine Lutèce uses " Paypal ". With these systems, the customer's payment by card is made directly on the secure Paypal server on behalf of Officine Lutèce. At no time is the customer's card number communicated to Officine Lutèce. Exchanges are encrypted and secured using the SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer) protocol on the Internet, a protocol which has become a worldwide standard and which can be used with the main browsers.

Officine Lutèce reserves the right to proceed with the direct cancellation of an order presenting a serious risk of fraudulent use of a bank card.

5 - Delivery

Officine Lutèce processes orders as soon as possible upon receipt of payment confirmation from the customer. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address that the customer indicates when ordering. An invoice with the details of his purchases is attached to the package. Orders are sent either by La POSTE, via the services of So Colissimo, or by Mondial Relay.

If the customer is not present at home at the time of delivery, a slip is left in his mailbox so that he can collect his package from the nearest post office. As an indication, here are the usual delivery times provided by the Post Office: - D+2 for France, - D+3 to D+8 for Europe. Delays in delivery times cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor justify the cancellation of the order. However, in the event of delivery not made within 30 days, the customer may cancel his order. In this case, Officine Lutèce will reimburse the full amount received. In return, the customer agrees to return the package to the company Officine Lutèce in the event of receipt of it after termination of his order.

6 - Packaging

The products are packaged in accordance with the transport standards in force, in order to guarantee maximum protection during transport and delivery.

The customer undertakes to respect the same standards when returning products under the conditions set out in the paragraph "Right of withdrawal".

7 - Right of withdrawal

You benefit from a withdrawal period of a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your package. In this case, you must promptly inform customer service of your intentions, specifying the reasons for your return by email to: hello@officinelutece.fr. Items must be returned within a maximum of 14 days, in their original packaging without having been used, to: Officine Lutèce, 9 rue de Duras, 75008 Paris

Important: in the event that the return procedure is not respected, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange of the product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of a defective product upon receipt, or an error when sending the product). Officine Lutèce undertakes to reimburse the customer who has exercised his right of withdrawal the sums due as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Officine Lutèce will reimburse the customer for the returned products, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above, as well as the basic "one way" delivery costs for the latter if the customer returns his entire order. If the customer does not return his entire order and keeps one or more products ordered, the amount of the "one-way" delivery costs will be retained by Officine Lutèce.

The refund will be made via the payment method of the returned order. Thus, if the product order was paid for by:

- Bank card : the refund will be re-credited to the credit card that was used for the order provided that it is still valid.

8 - Provisions of the Data Protection Act

In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, you have the right to access and rectify personal information concerning you. You can exercise this right by sending an e-mail to hello@officinelutece.fr or by post to Offcine Lutèce, 9 Rue de Duras, 75008 Paris. Société Officine Lutèce is the recipient of the information communicated to it. It can nevertheless transfer, rent or exchange its customer file. You can oppose it by writing to the aforementioned address.

9 - Disputes

All disputes relating to this transaction will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris. The applicable law concerning the terms of this contract is French law.
